Topics can also be chosen by the student if he or she desires, depending on his personal interests.Many students are encouraged to write a Common App based essay on a given topic. This practice allows the student to understand how the written piece should be presented and how it is to relate to the Common App content. In order to do well on the Common App, a student needs to understand some of the ideas that are shared within the school such as that English is the mother tongue of every person. The Common App is also an introduction to American culture and more specifically, to American society. The student should feel free to express any American opinions and beliefs within the essay.Many Common App sample essays are available to students who are looking for a sample answer to a question that is posed in the Common App. There are many sample essays on the Internet that students can use to review and prepare for the test.
